Base10 Partners has promoted Caroline Broder to partner. She joined the firm as a principal in January 2023 and was promoted to partner in June, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Prior to Base10, Broder was a principal for Crosslink Capital from 2018 to 2013, where she invested in enterprise and vertical software businesses, fintech and logistics.
Before she began her venture capital career, Broder worked in private equity consulting at Parthenon-EY and in data analytics in Lyft’s fleet business.
With headquarters in San Francisco, Base10 invests in “the automation of the real economy.” The venture firm was founded in 2017 by Adeyemi Ajao and Thomas Nahigian.
The firm has about $1.3 billion in AUM. It closed on $443.75 million for Base10 Advancement Initiative II in March 2023 and $460 million for Base10 Partners III in February 2022, according to fundraising data from affiliate Buyouts (registration required).
