Maxon Lift has doubled its sales force heading into 2025, and restructured its sales organization.
The company announced it has added 21 new sales reps. Among the new hires is Jordyn Turner, Canada retail sales, who joined the Canadian organization.

The liftgate maker has reorganized its go-to market sales strategy into five teams: National accounts; lease/rental/fleet; retail/OEM; Canada; and Mexico.
“With the completion and ramp up of our new factory in Monterrey, we knew we needed to be aggressive with a new sales plan to fill this world class factory,” said Brent Stratton, president of Maxon. “With our combined two facilities, we now have the capacity to build 120% of the current North American liftgate market. To that effect, we have made a major investment in the future of our company and our industry with the doubling of our field sales support team.”
The company says it promoted heavily from within as part of the reorganization.
