HOW TO USE THE DRIVERS DISPATCH APP AS AN OWNER OPERATOR

To sign up for services, new clients (Owner Operators) must visit the website and submit a service request at https://masters.eye1.net/.

1. HOW TO UPDATE THE APP STARTING ODOMETER

All apps are designed for Class A CDL Truck Drivers operating 18-wheeler commercial trucks hauling Dry Van, Reefer, and some Flatbed freight.
This app is personalized to the user’s truck, and the ** starting odometer must match the truck in use** for accurate evaluations.
Follow the instructions below to update it correctly:

  1. Tap the Profile Icon (4th button at the bottom).
  2. Check the box labeled Set/Update – Truck Starting Odometer.
  3. Enter the new odometer reading in UPDATE – Truck’s Starting Odometer.
  4. Tap the UPDATE button at the bottom of the page.

2. SUBMIT EVERY COMPLETED LOAD INTO THE APP

  • How to submit a completed loads into the app: A “COMPLETED LOAD” is when the trailer is fully empty upon delivery—this is when you should enter the load into the app. To submit a completed load follow the steps below
  1. CLICK the SECOND BUTTON located at the bottom of the app.
  2. Next, click the ADD/PLUS ICON in the top corner of the green header.
  3. Enter your LOAD PAYMENT.
  4. From your Truck’s New Odometer Reading under the NEW ENDING ODOMETER section.
  5. Enter the CURRENT DIESEL FUEL PRICE for your Area.
  6. Now, fill out the remaining fields in the form and click then SUBMIT button.
  7. Repeat this process with every completed load to keep your PES Status current.

3. HOW TO EVALUATE LOADS / MANAGE FUEL USAGE

  • This practice will prepare you to make informed load decisions as an Owner Operator by evaluating your loads and fuel usage, helping you avoid common costly mistakes.
  • To access the Load Analyzer, click the third button at the bottom of the app, then select the button labeled “ACCESS LOAD ANALYZER.”
