Two Australian technology service firms will merge into a business with 160 employees to combat the rapidly growing cybersecurity, technology installation, and AI industries.

CSO Group and xAmplify are both privately owned. They would not reveal who would lead the new venture, but they said that the merger was driven more by the growing demand than the need to find efficiencies.
