Canadian Pacific Kansas City was awarded the prestigious Asian Freight and Logistics Award for Best Rail Logistics Service Provider for the fourth consecutive year after Asian shippers were balloted directly to select their best services providers.
Shipping and logistics leaders gathered at the Waldorf Astoria Shanghai for a glittering gala dinner overlooking the Huangpu River, organised by leading shipping and freight publication Asia Cargo news.
The real value of the AFLAS, is that only customers are invited to vote on a customised ballot paper for their best service provider. The nomination and voting process allowed the more than15,000 readers of Asia Cargo News and e-news subscribers to first determine the leading companies in the market, and then determine the winners.
“We are truly honoured that shippers in Asia have again voted for CPKC, we see this as an endorsement of the hard work our team have undertaken in the region and in North America. Our customers are now seeing the real benefits of the fully integrated CPKC network across the US, Canada, Gulf States, Midwest, East Coast and Mexico,” said Corey Heinz, Managing Director Sales, CPKC.
