Emma Mann-Meginniss has joined Cooley as a partner in its emerging companies and venture capital practice in San Francisco, the firm said Thursday.

Mann-Meginniss advises clients in all stages of the corporate growth life cycle, and represents companies and investors in the healthcare and technology sectors, guiding them through financings and M&A transactions, according to the firm.

At Cooley, she will continue her focus on representing private technology and digital health companies and investors, the firm said.

She joins from Goodwin Procter.
