The acquisition adds density to KAG’s Canadian footprint and expands its presence in the agricultural, industrial and oilfield sectors.

Pro-N2 owners Darren and Darryl Layden plan to stay on with the company. They purchased it from their father in 2004. Other staff that will join KAG include 33 drivers, nine maintenance and seven office staff.

KAG also gets a new location on eight acres of land with a large shop, wash bay and office. Pro-N2 adds 39 tractors and 85 trailers to the fleet.

“KAG is focused on diversifying, growth, and customer service, which represents the same values that we have. We look forward to working with KAG as they are an industry leader in bulk transportation,” the Laydens said in a press release.
