Noregon names Hathaway as CEO
Noregon announced April 3 in a news release that it has appointed Bill A. Hathaway as its new chief executive officer. Hathaway has been part of the company’s leadership team since 2018 and most recently served as chief revenue officer, overseeing sales, marketing, and product management.
“Bill has been an integral part of Noregon’s growth, and I look forward to even greater success under his leadership,” said Bill G. Hathaway, Noregon’s founder and executive chairman, in a release. “No one better understands Noregon’s vision, long-term goals and what is required to achieve them.”

Hathaway joined Noregon in 2016 and led the content management group. The company says he quickly advanced through the organization, leading efforts such as the restructuring of sales strategy and national accounts, and playing a role in launching products like NextStep Repair, Technician as a Service (TaaS), and ShopPulse. He has served on boards and committees across the industry, including ATA, TMC, MEMA, and SAE.
Based in Greensboro, N.C., Noregon develops software, hardware, and technology for the maintenance and repair of commercial vehicles and heavy-duty equipment.
Mihai named TMC general chairman, treasurer
Radu Mihai, corporate fleet manager at Burnco Rock Products, has been installed as the 2025-2026 general chairman and treasurer of the American Trucking Associations’ Technology & Maintenance Council (TMC).
Mihai, who is based in Calgary, Alta., accepted the role during TMC’s Annual Meeting & Transportation Technology Exhibition in Nashville, Tenn. He previously served as the Council’s vice-chairman and chairman of meetings and succeeds Amanda Schuier, strategic maintenance director at Jetco Delivery.
“Radu has been an exemplary member of TMC, including winning the Council’s highest honor — the Silver Spark Plug,” said TMC executive director Robert Braswell. “His professionalism and commitment to trucking make him an outstanding choice to be TMC general chairman and treasurer.”
“I’m honored to accept this position from my fellow TMC members,” said Mihai. “I look forward to working with the rest of TMC’s leadership to advance our industry’s goals.”

Prior to that, he spent more than 20 years with the Maine State Police and held an elected position with the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance.
“I’m excited to continue my commercial vehicle safety career by joining a team of innovative professionals at Drivewyze who share my goal of leveraging technology towards commercial vehicle compliance and efficiency solutions,” Kelly said. “I look forward to engaging with my new colleagues and our community of stakeholders in shaping the future of technology in CMV operations throughout North America.”
Brian Mofford, vice-president of government experience at Drivewyze, said in a release, “Tom’s extensive experience at both the state and the federal level uniquely positions him to collaborate with our agency partners effectively.”
