AGENTS – GUIDE TO COMPLETE ENROLLMENT TRAINING WITH CLIENTS

BELOW ARE THE MOST COMMON OPERATING RESULTS — AND WHY SO MANY TRUCKING COMPANIES FAIL

AGENTS: USE THIS GUIDE AND THE APP TO COACH CLIENTS THROUGH ENROLLMENT TRAINING

In any business, the top priority is building consistent profits and eliminating massive losses. Starting with zero experience puts you on the same path as those who failed—it leads to destruction, not success. In the client’s eyes, this is your company. DO NOT DISCUSS ANNUAL PRICING.
* If pricing is asked, say: We need to see if you qualify. Let’s complete Enrollment Training first so you can start your free trial.

STEP 1. TO GET A DRIVER’S ACTIVE ATTENTION, FIRST BUILD YOUR CONNECTION

  1. “Hi, my name is David (Your Name). I’m a Profit Consultant with Eye1. Are you still driving trucks?”
  2. FIND OUT WHAT TYPE OF DRIVER THE CLIENT IS;
Are you a company driver, or have you switched to being an owner-operator?
  3. Ask the Client the Key Question:

“Would you accept a load paying $22,800 for just 10,930 total miles (loaded and empty total miles)?”

  4. Let the client fully explain their answer and build a real connection by understanding their needs. Focus on engaging them in Enrollment Training so they experience the value first. Do not discuss annual pricing—only mention the app download fee so they can begin self-training during their free trial. Use images from the Video Downloads folder in your Dashboard to text clients and show what you’re training them to independently achieve.
  5. A client in training has already downloaded the app, continue with training. For any prospects, you should create their account based on their driver type.

COMPANY DRIVERS – RESPONSES (MAIN TARGET – PROSPECT); A company driver is operating their employer’s truck – (CLICK HERE)
  • Ask: “Are you thinking about becoming an Owner Operator?”
  • Ask: “What do you know about being Independent?”
  • NOW EXPLAIN, WHY COMPANY DRIVERS SHOULD START TRAINING FIRST
  1. This service trains Class A CDL Company Drivers to think and operate like real Owner Operators—using AI-powered apps—before risking their own money. You train using your current employer’s truck and driving time while staying on payroll, with zero financial risk. The focus is mastering PES (Profitability Evaluation Status) so you understand what builds profit, what causes losses, and how to make consistent, smart decisions. Through hands-on Enrollment Training and the CDL Profit Trainer app, you gain real clarity on how the trucking market actually works, why so many businesses fail, and how losses accumulate. After Enrollment Training, you begin a free trial of self-training to sharpen your skills and prepare for independent success. Our proven AI systems have helped active Owner Operators generate over $60,000 per 10,000 miles, with many averaging $74,000–$75,000—preparing you to succeed the moment you’re ready to buy your first truck.
  2. START THE ENROLLMENT TRAINING; Walk the client through a short enrollment training using our CDL Profit Trainer app so you can understand our simple systems and why using them is so important for changing your unique situation.
  3. AFTER ENROLLMENT TRAINING; After you finish this brief enrollment training (about 20 minutes), you’ll be able to keep using the CDL Profit Trainer app for about one week. During that time, you can use it every workday on your own for self-training and to get comfortable with it.
  4. AFTER 9 MONTHS of active service, our team can discreetly help the client set up their own independent trucking company. By the 1-year mark, they’ll be fully set up to operate independently with the skills to succeed in any market. Once they become active as an Owner Operator, they’ll be switched over to our Owner Operators app, which is built for active operations. (This is handled by a different department, but the client still remains your client.)
MAKE SURE THE CLIENT IS NOT IN A LEASE PURCHASE PROGRAM – IF THEY ARE (CLICK HERE)
  • Lease-Purchase (Owner-Operator): The driver buys the truck from their current employer and takes on all costs—truck payments, fuel, maintenance, and insurance—while operating under strict company control. If the driver quits, the truck stays with the company unless it’s fully paid off, which is rare. Use this to help the client seriously rethink their decision, earn their trust, and spark curiosity about a smarter path to true independence you can guide them toward.
  • Most trucking companies use systems built by people who’ve never driven a truck, and it leads to massive losses. To cover those losses, they offer lease-purchase programs and let Owner Operators lease their trucks on with the company.
  • This is bad for drivers because the trucking company is dumping all of its operating losses onto them.
  • For company drivers, there’s a brutal truth: if the company shuts down, you have zero protection.

OWNER OPERATOR – RESPONSES; An Owner Operator is operating using their own truck – (CLICK HERE)
    • Ask: “What do you know about being Independent?”
    • Then ask them: “Would you take this load? Why?
    • Let the client explain their answer, and use what they share to build a stronger connection with them.
    • NOW EXPLAIN TO THE CLIENT WHAT WE DO AND HOW WE HELP OWNER OPERATORS FIX THEIR UNIQUE SITUATION
    1. OWNER OPERATORS APP; We focus on Company Drivers first because many Owner Operators fail early by accumulating massive losses from their very first loads. As shown in Enrollment Training, the first load often starts a loss cycle that keeps growing—out of five loads, only one may show a profit, but early losses wipe it out, so there’s never a real win. In trucking, even strong profit loads can’t save an operation once losses are deeply built in, because those losses are rarely fully recovered. While we do help active Owner Operators, many have accumulated so much loss that recovery is difficult, and most exit the business before reaching a fresh start—though a few do overcome it.
    2. CDL PROFIT TRAINER APP; First, we walk you through a short enrollment training using our CDL Profit Trainer app so you can understand our simple systems and why using them is so important for changing your unique situation.
    3. AFTER ENROLLMENT TRAINING; After you finish this brief enrollment training (about 20 minutes), you’ll be able to keep using the CDL Profit Trainer app for about one week. During that time, you can use it every workday on your own for self-training and to get comfortable with it.
    4. However, some clients may want to start using the Owner Operators app immediately after Enrollment Training. In that case, they must first activate their one-year service. Once activated, they’ll have access to the Owner Operators app and their online Dashboard with additional training materials.
    5. For Non-Independent Owner-Operators may qualify for assistance in setting up their own independent trucking company AFTER 3 MONTHS of active service. (This is handled by a different department, but the client still remains your client.)

STEP 2. NOW THAT YOU HAVE THEIR ATTENTION, START BY EXPLAINING HOW PES WORKS.

    • Have the client log into the app, and log in as the Agent to guide them through enrollment training.
    • PES (Profitability Evaluation Status) is unique to your situation and the truck you’re using. It tracks profit or loss with every mile driven—turning positive as profits build and negative as losses accumulate—making it the key to building consistent profits in any market.
    • During this Enrollment Training, I’m going to walk you through hands-on examples so you can see how simple the app is, understand what’s really happening in trucking, and why many operations fail. When you operate independently, every mile costs money—each load requires driving to pickup and delivery, and every mile changes both your odometer and your PES status. After each completed load, you generate a new PES to track your progress in building profits.

STEP 3. INDEPENDENT OWNER OPERATORS: MUST PERSONALIZE THE APP TO YOUR UNIQUE SITUATION.

To build consistent profits in any market, you need a system tailored to you. The first step is to personalize the app to your unique situation. This is critical for training accuracy and real-world results. When you’re actively operating, PES is not just a number—you feel the results deeply, whether it’s success or failure.

SET THE APP STARTING ODOMETER TO; 1234 VERY IMPORTANT FOR TRAINING RESULTS – (HOW TO INFO CLICK HERE)

    1. Tap the Profile Icon (4th button at the bottom).
    2. Check the box labeled Set/Update – Truck Starting Odometer.
    3. Enter the new odometer reading in UPDATE – Truck’s Starting Odometer. (for training use 1234)
    4. Tap the UPDATE button at the bottom of the page.
    5. The app includes a video that shows you how to perform this task.

    * Once you actively start using the system, the Last Reported Odometer in the app must match the odometer of the truck you’re using. If it doesn’t, update the app’s starting odometer. For this training, we’re using 1234.

STEP 4. UNDERSTANDING WHY SO MANY TRUCKING COMPANIES FAIL BEFORE THEY EVEN START

YOUR PES RESULTS ARE GENERATED AFTER EACH COMPLETED LOAD SUBMISSION – (INSTRUCTION CLICK HERE)

    • In this section, I’m going to walk you through load submissions to show you how to generate and track your PES results. To build consistent profits, you must always track your results after every completed load. Once the truck has been driven to pickup and delivery and the load is complete, you must submit the load details and the truck’s new ending odometer in the app to generate your PES. This step is mandatory after every load. It is the key to mastering the industry, preventing losses, and quickly adapting to market and fuel fluctuations.
    • A RED – PES is Negative (you’re accumulating loss) and a GREEN – PES is Positive (you’re building profits).
    • INSTRUCTIONS; SUBMIT EACH LOAD BELOW INTO THE APP
How to submit Loads into the App – (CLICK HERE)
    1. Tap Folder Icon
    2. Tap + next to Load Reports
    3. Enter the Load Information
    4. The app includes a video that shows you how to perform this task.

EVERY TIME YOU MOVE YOUR TRUCK, YOUR ODOMETER AND (PES) STATUS AUTOMATICALLY CHANGES.
ALWAYS CHECK THE (PES) AFTER EACH LOAD SUBMISSION — IT REVEALS WHAT’S REALLY HAPPENING IN TRUCKING TODAY.

    • Stop. Look at the damage. Your very first load already buried you in a massive loss. This is exactly how most trucking companies fail—right at the start.
    • Now reality hits. You’ve got a truck payment, insurance, fuel to buy—and not only did you lose the entire load payment, you’re losing cash out of your own pocket. You don’t even understand why. You’re confused, questioning your decision, and wondering how you’re going to fix this.
    • So you do what everyone does—you book another load, hoping it turns things around.
    • LET’S SUBMIT THE 2ND LOAD INTO THE APP

    • Now your mind is blown. Reality has hit. You’re bleeding cash. With a negative PES over $24,000, you don’t know what to do or how much longer you can survive these losses. Your cash reserves are draining rapidly fast—and this is only your second load.
    • You’re desperate now and you start reaching out to anyone who will listen, searching for answers, hoping someone can help you turn this around. So you follow the advice, praying this time it works.

    5th Booked Load 8,568 Houston, TX Kent, WA 2,362 12,164 $3.00 $4,000 ($65,965.23)

    • This is why we train you first. Starting a trucking business without training is financial suicide. Most drivers think they’ll figure it out—but the truth is, they’re already out of business the moment they buy the truck, before the first load is ever accepted.
    • Driving a truck does not qualify you to run the business. This mistake will only destroys both your business and your personal life.

DID YOU NOTICE THAT WITH EVERY LOAD YOU COMPLETED, YOU NEVER GENERATED A PROFIT — YOU ONLY INCREASED YOUR LOSSES?
YOUR FINAL (PES) RESULT: NEGATIVE ($65,965.23) — MASSIVE LOSS, GAME OVER. THIS IS WHY MOST TRUCKING COMPANIES FAIL.

STEP 5. THE IMPORTANCE OF USING THE LOAD ANALYZER

EVALUATE EACH OF THE 5 COMPLETED LOADS – APP LOAD ANALYZER TRAINING – (INSTRUCTION CLICK HERE)
In any business, the number one priority is building consistent profits and eliminating massive losses. Starting with zero experience puts you on the same path as those who failed—it leads to destruction, not success. This is why Company Drivers must start training first. Before accepting any load, the first step is to evaluate it using the Load Analyzer so you can see the estimated outcome before committing.

    1. FIRST EVALUATE YOUR ACTUAL LOAD PAY GROSS;
Have the client evaluate the Actual Gross Pay $22,800 with the total miles 10,930
    2. NOW EVALUATE EACH LOAD USING THE LOAD ANALYZER.

    2nd Booked Load Asheville, NC Montgomery, AL $6,400 2,558 $3 -$3,619.13
    3rd Booked Load Santa Rosa, CA Peoria, IL $5,300 902 $3 $1,584.47
    4th Booked Load Blooming, IN Richmond, SC $3,600 2,384 $3 -$5,595.73
    5th Booked Load Houston, TX Kent, WA $4,000 2,362 $3 -$5,136.87
    GROSS TOTALS - - $22,800 10,930 $3 -$19,737.67
    • As you can see from the results, with proper training you would have accepted only one of these loads. Instead of accumulating losses, you would have started building profits from the very beginning—and experienced what real independent success feels like.

    * Being independent means you’re the only one responsible for your success. Without a consistent focus on profit, failure is guaranteed.

STEP 6. AT THIS POINT ENROLLMENT TRAINING IS COMPLETED – CLOSING THE CALL.
Agents; Go to your dashboard and mark the client’s Enrollment Training as completed.

    • As you can see, the first load created a massive loss that triggered a growing cycle of losses. Out of five loads, only one showed a profit—but early losses wiped it out, leaving no real profit at all. The only thing that accumulated was loss. In trucking, even strong profit loads cannot save an operation once losses are built in—they are rarely recovered.
    • This is why we train you first. Training gives you a fresh start, real clarity, and a profit-focused system—no guessing. Starting a trucking company or becoming an Owner Operator without training is extremely risky. Most people think they’ll figure it out, but the reality is they’re already out of business the moment they pay for the truck, before the first load is ever accepted.
    • As you’ve seen, many active Owner Operators accumulate massive losses early. Recovery becomes nearly impossible, and most exit the business before ever reaching a fresh start. Knowing how to drive a truck does not qualify you to run the business. That mistake is expensive—and it damages both your business and personal life.
    • ADVISE THE CLIENT – ENROLLMENT TRAINING HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND NOW YOU CAN START YOUR FREE TRIAL WEEK
    • We’ve just completed your enrollment training. You can now start your one-week free trial. Use the CDL Profit Trainer app every workday with your current employer’s truck to get comfortable with the system and complete your daily self-training.
